What's up with Discord?

Tonight, I tried to join the Atos session at BMC. I went with the link that was posted in the chat, on Chrome. However, I could not login because Discord gave me input-incapable fields.
So I switched to Firefox. That worked better and I could create an account and login, but I needed to install an app to undeafen myself. The app refused to be installed.
So how do you guys use Discord?

Was the link to BMC's Discord channel, and not Shroud of the Avatar's? You might need to be a member of the BMC to be in their Discord. Atos streamed it on the official Shroud Twitch stream, that was where I watched it. You shouldn't need to login for that. https://www.twitch.tv/shroudoftheavatar

Can you access the Shroud Discord at all? (Link goes to SotA Website Community page with link to Discord channel.)
