What's with the 12 sec CD on Obsidian Arrow?

    Obsidian Arrow CD--12 secs seems way too long. Every time I decide to add it into the mix I remember why I dropped it. The lengthy CD makes it lame in comparison to ranged spells in other trees. Especially considering it's a 2 sec cast.

    Lightning: 10 secs
    Fire Arrow: 8 secs
    Ice Arrow: 6 secs
    Searing Ray: 3 secs

    While I'm on it...Attunement of Earth lvl 65: only grants +8 Str and +2 Dam Resist? That seems like a trivial bonus for 65 lvls. Sympathy of Stone lvl 58: 14.5 Deflection but only +1.8 Avoidance. The Earth tree seems over-nerfed.
