Details: When Esmeralda give you the Find All 4 Ghostly Echos task, and the player has not found a Ghostly Echo yet, a new task Ask About Ghostly Echo appears. This task should not be appearing because we were specifically sent here by Esmeralda to find all 4 of them.

What is missing is if the player is on the Find All 4 Ghostly Echos task from Esmeralda, this task should not show up, if they have never found a Ghostly Echo before. A check is needed to see if the player is already doing the Find All 4 Ghostly Echos task from Esmeralda. The player already knows about the existence of Ghostly Echos.

Steps to Reproduce: Go to Highvale Outskirs and go to Esmeralda and do all her quests and avoid finding any Ghostly Echos up to Find All 4 Ghostly Echos task. After receiving this task, go find a Ghostly Echo. Suddenly a new task Ask About Ghostly Echo Appears.
