When is the Travian expanded support date?

    You are making your customers take economic decisions based on the information that you are giving them.

    So are the Travian customer migration happening:
    A)
    On the 5th of April?
    B)
    On the 6th of April?
    C)
    Starting on the 7th of April

    Please be precise and update your announcements / FAQ accordingly.

    I fear the 'confusion' is not just among the playerbase, so many poorly answered questions and the apparent rush into avoidable mistakes strongly suggests, to me at least, a lack of planning and failure to grasp how all this would be perceived - and each day that goes by without real clarity, rather than just a vague heap of words which when you try sort through them, are either contradictory or simply erroneous, just worsens the situation.

    Making such a change around Easter holidays when the Travian offices are closed is also not a brilliant idea. Unless Cerus is working on his own time I don‘t expect any answers from Travian until Tuesday

    Wasn't the whole Travian thing an april's fool joke ;) I thought migration happens sometime after next telethon... +1 for Spoon to push them on that matter.

    I'll be very intersted in an answer as well. One is left with the suspicion that the whole transition to Travian thing is a shoting from the hip. I don't want to be bothered with all that uncertainty rather would like an option to stay with all my accounts at Portalarium. I don't see an advantage with Travian anyway currently. @Berek @Cerus @DarkStarr @dallas.

    They moved the Montly Livestream from 5. to 6.
    I am pretty sure the migration will also be moved.

    Yea I hope so as well.
    Unfortunately 'pretty sure' doesn't help when clarity is needed.
    Hence why I made the request.

    This since the users have been forced to act, and with the current information given then it could be quite a costly thing if it wasn't like we hope.

    Imagine getting credits for something big only to have them converted to crowns on a 1:1 ratio. That is less than the store.

    My main question is regarding the upgrade of the bundles I bought. Will they be migrated too - and can we continue to make upgrades - or will it not be possible to do that?

    I really hope that a Montly Livestream occurs before this migration ... :(

    My understanding is that bundle upgrades will be possible after migration but in local pricing.

    Also that the long term plan is to have the bundle upgrade in Crown Merchants later on.

    Umm.... @Fei Akhart, aren’t you located in Brazil? I haven’t heard that any migration effects at your territory (YET! :rolleyes:).

    Edit: yes, It icludes LATAM territory, my mistake.

    Hence why the local forum is "Brasileira e Portuguesa".


    Europe (except from baltics eastwards), south/latin america, north africa and the middle east.

    We are in bank hollidays until Tuesday, but I will take a minute to quickly answer the question from the OP to avoid any further confusion.

    As mentioned before, once we know the concrete date of migration, it will be announced here and through other media.
    We will take the time it needs to assure a smooth transition. Please rest assured, that there will be a prior announcement, and that the migration will not happen:
    • During a weekend
    • On a Friday
    • Before the R52 Livestream
    For the next Livestream on Friday 6th, everything will remain unchanged for everyone.

    Thank you for all your comments and questions regarding the expansion of services going along with the introduction of the new website from Travian Games and the addition of language specific forums, discord and support channels.

    We have noticed, that some players were concerned with the short term announcement and worried about keeping access to the main features of the game and the community.
    We want to make sure, that you have a good experience of the services provided by both Travian Games as well as Portalarium.
    We will continue to expand the feature set of our new website to better accomodate the features that you are familiar with from the current Portalarium website.

    That’s why we have decided to postpone the transition to the new website for players from Travian Games territory until May 7th.

    Thank you once again for all your feedback and the support.
    We will keep you informed in case any changes occur.
