When receiving Travel to Highvale and Travel to Blood River from Arabella, there's no marker to them

    Title: When receiving Travel to Highvale and Travel to Blood River from Arabella, there's no marker to them
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: When speaking to Arabella and she gives you the 2 tasks Travel to Highvale and Blood River, no marker on the overland is given to direct new players to these scenes.
    Steps to Reproduce: Delete a character form the character slot. Start a new character. Finish the Battle of Solace Bridge. Leave the Solace Bridge Outskirts. Go to Soltown and speak to Arabella 2 times. Be given the Travel to Highvale and Travel to Blood River tasks. Go to overland map. Walk near the Blood River scene (see below). See no blue marker to guide the player to this location.
