Where Do I Change My Address??

    I will be moving soon and I'm not sure where I need to change my address so that the physical items don't get sent to the wrong address. Where is this done?

    you never submitted your address for physical items. No one has, they have not required or requested it.

    Oh, no wonder why I couldn't find it hahah. It has been a long year, I don't remember what info I filled out after all this time thank you for reminding me. I saw another thread saying the person got their shirt and coin, that's what made me think to try to change it.

    When will we be giving our addresses for our items?

    The shirt and coin if i remember right were sold in the addon shop in limited supply and the shirts were sold from https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/shop/

    I would also love to know when they plan on shipping the physical items

    I would imagine the address would be the one associated with the credit card/Paypal/Amazon you used when you pledged

    I won't think that these companies release the address (tbh I'm not sure if i.e. PayPal or Amazon.com would even have my correct address) to the vendor on their own.
    But there is still time, so one after the other.

    I actually emailed support about this a week ago because I moved. I was told that no physical pledge items would be shipped out until closer to release, and when the time comes they will be sending out a survey to all backers to get the required info. As long as your email is correct on your account you should be good.
