Where to find tools?

I would like to do a bit mining, but can't find a Pickaxe.
I can't find a skinning knife and sickle either. Can some please tell me where these items are?

Also I can't get the fishing pole to work, or isn't fishing implemented yet? (R5)

No fishing as of R5. Handac on the crafting pavilion in owl's head can sell u a pick axe.

 

Fishing is not implemented yet.
I found a pickaxe of prosperity in a chest on an island where the elves are.
But I think you can buy the gathering tools from the vendor in the crafting area in Owls Head.

Put the gathering tools in your hotkey slots. Get near the item you want to harvest and use the hotkey.

Sickle is for cotton. Pickaxe is for mining ore. Harvesting Axe is for cutting trees for wood (only rust/brown leaf trees are currently harvest trees). Skinning Knife is for gathering hides from dead animals.
