If there's no solution in sight, I know a lot of Siege Clearers who would much rather not have those in their journal.

And I know ever single non-siege clearer who has them agrees.

Purge the journal of the 12 (in mine at least) clutter quests!

Not just the journal, but the sparkles these quest create in your compass. It’s something worth pulling completly until properly addressed.

You know, of course, that you can both hide the quest trackers on the UI, and disable the blue sparklies from the compass, map and npcs, right?

Most definitely, and it's a great feature. But, if I am not mistaken, you cannot turn off the sparklies for individual quest? However, you can from the tracker.

Sparklies are getting out of control; I was helping my son and you couldn't even distinguish between them on the main map. I'd love to see a Fallout-style journal, where you only see a few quests as a time and can toggle them on or off in the journal. Let's say, 8 max. If you're actively trying to complete more than 8 tasks, you're probably not very focused on any of them.

More than half the quests in my journal are those Cabalists ones. And from what I am hearing from people who actually clear sieges, they are stuck there even if you finish them, due to being bugged. So if there is no way to get them out, and they are overflowing the journal, making the sparkles useless, yank them until they work.

I actually got the siege one to clear a while ago on the live server. Someone was destroying the catapults and then I could turn that one in finally.

The Devotional ones cleared for me when I finished them?

Strange, my Devotional ones cleared when I finished as well. Siege ones are stuck.

Edit -just checked, I'm wrong, no the Devotional ones didn't completely disappear. I still have some blue sparkles to visit some caretakers, but not all.. Baffling.

What specific Devotional journal entry do you have?

But yeah, the blue sparkles still remain for these, even after finishing it.

None, in pretty sure I've finished the devotional quest. I just seem to have a few sparkles to meet the caretakers which haven't cleared.

I believe Vladamir was just talking about journal entries?

The whole blue sparkle thing another thing?

Both. If they can't be fixed right now because it's too much of a spaghetti mess, and considering the number of people who's books/compasses/probably world maps they are polluting, and the number of complaints about quests not fulfilling being a problem, just remove them for the time being. Unless they can be fixed, in which case yay!
