whoops I messed up the Micsere quest

    I accidently deleted the 4 Micsere ingots I need to give to Preben. Is there a special word to say to Micsere to give me more? Can I reset the quest? What can I do?

    Go get more ingots. Micsere doesn't give you the ingots, you have to "find" them on Kobolds in the Hallowed Plains.

    I suspect you really only need 1 ingot for Preben

    I've been trying to get more but they aren't dropping. I suspect because the quest is on the part Talk to Preben

    Hi, @Danilee ! By reaching the "Talk to Preben" task, the Micsere ingots won't drop for you anymore. But that's OK, because you don't need them anymore. When you turned in the 10 "Micsere ingots" to Micsere, he gave you 1 ingot in return to bring to Preben in South Majestic Forest. If you accidentally deleted that one ingot, don't worry. It's more for flavor at this point and you aren't actually required to give one to Preben. It sounds to me like you can continue on with the quest by talking with Preben.

    But I can't continue. Nothing updates the quest. He just say he used to make plate greaves but he hasn't in a while.

    He is still asking for the Micsere Ingot. If you have deleted it, there is no other dialogue option to get the Greaves.

    On QA I tried every single keyword response and even tried typing various words. He will not give you the greaves. You have to have the Micsere Ingot.

    Unless there is some other way?

    Can't you just go collect another ingot? While I was doing the part to collect the 10 ingots, I anctually collected 11. Just go back, kill a mob and see if you get another ingot.

    Thanks for the update! I checked my fix and see now how my work didn't cover enough possibilities. Working on a broader fix now.
