Why can't I upgrade my pledge?

I have ancestor and want a village lot so I went to account page and hit upgrade pledge with credit card selected, got the message "No upgrades available for your selection".

If I choose a payment plan with credit card I can upgrade. Is this how its supposed to work? I just want a village lot, not a payment plan.

Can anyone suggest an easy way to get a village lot?

1. You can upgrade your pledge from your account page (not the pledge page).
2. You can purchase a village lot from the add-ons page ($165).
3. You can buy a village lot with in-game gold (80,000).

 

You should be able to upgrade from the account page but it doesn't seem to be working now for some reason. Try sending an email to support@portalarium.com and ask about it.

Note that add-on lots are not rent-free as opposed to the pledge ones. Also, in-game buying is subject to changes until the final release. Most probably it won't just cost 80k gold to buy a lot.
