Why do necklaces and rings go off the enchant weapon skill, not armor?

    I would assume necklaces and rings are armor, not weapons.

    I agree,

    rings and necklaces are not weapons, they either would be armor, or a class of their own "Jewelry"

    I am not a weapon maker, yet I feel forced into spending a ton of producer exp just to make rings and necklaces.

    I always assumed it was to make the two skills more balanced instead of one covering everything but weapons.
