Like the shingle-roof two-story and the kobold row homes. It seems really unfair to the rest who are now stuck with shutters that won't stay open.

They are immune against hurricanes, so no need to have shutters.

Would be nice if shutters defaulted to open and then let me close them. I want people to see into the shop and come in. Not see a boarded up home and walk on by.

I am not a fan of the plywood window covers. I hope once the game is better optimized, they'll be optional.

Shutters can look great once open and STAY open

Well, they can if they aren't the ugly ones with the worn-off yellow paint.

I agree with this. I would like to see the shutters open, with the option for the owner of the home to have always open or manually always close them.

Or if the game remembered the state the house owner last left them in, and loaded the scene up with the shutters in that state every time.

    I agree with this.
This would be the optimal state, but I could see it being problematic.

Yes I would imagine it might be, but if it's at all possible, I'd like to see this.
