Why does the Arabella pattern pack contain no cloak pattern?

Now that we have reshapable cloaks and cloak patterns, why does the Arabella pattern pack (on sale today) still contain no cloak pattern? Why does the item description in the crown shop still say "NOTE: As there are no patterns for cloaks, this does not include a pattern for the Cloak (sic) found on the actual non-pattern store item, the Arabella Leather Armor & Cloak."? This is no longer true and should be changed!
