Why is this elixir skill unlearning?

    I can't set this skill to learning/training - it's stuck on unlearning. I know that setting it to learning sets another skill to unlearning and vice versa, but I don't have the other skill yet (it requires a master tactics trainer).

    Why can't I start training this skill?

    You need to buy the other skill. Silly, yet true.

    Really? Folks argued with me that it was meant to be that way when I said it was a bug. Oh, well. The three rules apply and all is good.
