Why so many empty POT's?

    Looking through the SOTA map I see so many POT that are 0/0 for different types of housing. Are these not open towns yet or is the map not up to date?

    only speaking for myself here:

    not active in my town, really, until the final wipe flashes by. getting tired of having to rebuild and rebuild so much.
    also, my town is/will be a gated community so i'm only going to makes lots/markers available as needed for those who are invited to it.

    This. Sotamap.com is an external website that doesn't poll the lot data for the POTs in game, so the only information is that which is provided by the governor.

    Waiting for some more PoT tool.
    Plus, the end of world (wipe) is nigh.

    And it costs $50 or so to get permission to freely edit the town on Sotamap.com
