Why weren't - and + invited to the hotbar party?

    Just curious. It seems there is never enough space to set my deck up exactly how I like. What if there was another innate skill in the focus tree that allowed you to eventually unlock two more slots? Or it may be more appropriate in the Tactics tree under Dex. Could be called "Quick Hands" or something. Doesn't look like - or + have any default function at the moment.
