Wierd circular "cut out" in the visual field

    Title: Wierd circular "cut out" in the visual field
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: When looking through spider webs, I often see a strange circular "cut out" in which the web is not depicted. I have seen this several times in various places.
    Steps to Reproduce: walk near web and stare through
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 960 @ 3.20GHz (8) System RAM: 12279
    GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series GPU RAM: 1006
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.397.Date.03.31.16
    Area: Novia_R3_Hills02_Hilt_Interior
    Loc: (78.8, -30.0, 184.1)

    Also, note the screwy fonts in the emote window (lower right of pic) and in some of the text in the upper left - separate issue reported here: https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/forum/index.php?threads/strange-alteration-in-fonts.48549/
