    Blocker? no
    Details: Will-o-wisp doesnt emit a "faint light source" as described in the tool-tip description, it doesnt give off ANY light at all
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. unlock will-o-wisp
    2. summon will-o-wisp
    3. wait till nightfall or go inside an unlit dungeon
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.538.Date.01.11.17
