wind generator on roof is floating in Harvest

    Title: Wind generator floating above roof in this spot instead of being mounted to the roof

    Details: The wind generator on the roof above this spot is floating a few inches above the roof instead of being mounted to the roof like the others.
    Steps to Reproduce: visit this spot in Harvest, look up on the roof
