Window dimension switches no longer work

    1. Title: Window dimension switches no longer work.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%

    4. Details: Prior to patch 801 I was using the -screen-width & -screen-height switches on a shortcuts to Shroud of the Avatar.exe to stipulate my intended window dimensions, these switches no longer work.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Create a shortcut the game exe and append the switches e.g. -screen-width 557 -screen-height 319 and launch the game from said shortcut.

      OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
      CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4) System RAM: 8052
      GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 GPU RAM: 2141
