Window size isn't preserved on game reboot if maximized

    Reproduction rate: 100% Blocker? No

    Details:
    If you maintain a certain window size for your game, but maximize before you exit the game, when you restart the game sets the window size to the size of the maximized window rather than preserving your window state.

    This is currently by design. The game will remember whatever the last setting is. If the last setting is a maximized window, it will do what it needs to do to preserve that state.
