window unmaximizes itself

    Title: window unmaximizes itself
    Reproduction Rate: intermittent
    Blocker? no
    Details: i've noticed it do it once when changing scenes. i can do it reliably by changing video good and then adjusting shadow length.

    edit: it does it on launch too. i quit while maximized, restarted the app, and saw it open maximized but immediately unmax itself in the first second.

    OS: Linux 4.9 ManjaroLinux 16.10 64bit xfce
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4430 CPU @ 3.00GHz (4) System RAM: 16001
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 4096
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.450.Date.02.09.17
    Area: RandomEncounter_Plains01_Road/Undead_Tier2
    Area Display Name: Plains Road Encounter
    Loc: (-21.7, 30.1, -2.7)
