Windows with lists scroll down by itself

    Some windows lists scroll down 1 pixel by itself

    You can easy reproduce it by pressing key F to open/close the friends list repeatedly, you can see the list slowly scroll down by itself

    I also have seen this happen to inventory list (even when it's closed) when looting stuff/while mining
