Wishlist with email notification (opt in) when item is on sale

    Items in the crown store should have a Wishlist button.

    When it goes on sale, if we've opted in (first time we wishlist it would be a good time to get the opt in) we get an automated email saying it's on sale.

    Regardless of opt in, if the player logs in while it's on sale, a pop up notification telling them "an item on your wishlist is on sale, click here" shows up after they appear.
