4. Details: Currently it is impossible to place anything on the outside wall (outdoors) of the upper floor of the Wizard Tower. I'd like to be able to place lighting on it if possible, but trying to put anything on the outside wall ends up placing it on the wall inside the large upper floor room instead of on the outside wall.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to place any wall deco on the outside wall of the large room on the upper floor of the Wizard Tower.

 

That will not be fixed, as it's by design.
"deco cannot be placed on non-vertical surfaces, such as the twisting and curved walls of the wizard tower"
