Wood & Plaster Burned (Village Home) - Stairs issue

Just crafted the new Burned village home and after placing and exploring the inside I had issues running up the stairs.

I could jump my way up them, but simply running up the stairs (as you can in other buildings) did not work. Running towards the stairs stops you and you run in place. This is not just for the first step either... any step you jump to will halt you in place and you have to jump all the way up the stairs to get to the next floor.

NOTE - I did this in SP Offline mode just because I had extra resources available, but I'm assuming the Online QA server has the same issue.
