Details:
In Nightshade Pass - various objects would repeatedly flash a white texture.

e.g. Tree, Bay Foal Corpse

Can reproduce after zoning out of the zone and back in.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Go to Nightshade Pass at this location
2) Observe flashing white texture on the tree
