Workaround: Arabella appears as Merchant and doesn't interact (Turkish locale)

    More Details:
    The game fails to load island_of_storm.conv.unity3d upon starting a new game.
    The game is trying to load ısland_of_storms.conv.unity3d instead of island_of_storm.conv.unity3d.
    You are unable to interact with Arabella and the Oracle.

    This bug occurs both in the Online Mode and in the Offline Mode.
    This bug occurs on PC which System Locale is 'Turkey (Turkish)'.

    Steps to Reproduce (for non-Turkish players):
    1) Go to the region and language settings, Administrative tab, and then Change system locale to 'Turkish (Turkey)'
    2) Restart the PC
    3) Launch the game
    4) Start a new game with a new Avatar
    Result: Arabella is tagged as 'Merchant'
    Expected: Arabella should be tagged as 'Mysterious Woman'
