Four Things - comments, reasons, etc.

#1 This is the first and last game I will be involved in the development of - too many fundamental changes that I wasn't a fan of. In the future I will wait until there is a finished product before jumping in.

#2 I absolutely regret spending the money I have spent on this game. If I could go back in time I'd happily be a simple Edelmann. Therefore, I am likely downsizing and offloading 99% of my holdings.

#3 My library project is indefinitely cancelled, there is not really a point at this point in the games life-cycle - maybe someday, but not today or soon.

#4 I am not leaving the game. I'm staying on a sidekick/alternate account as Brickbat.

The Details re: Shroud of the Avatar 'The Mogul Kit Edition'

Accounts
Benefactor - Baron (x1) (minus City TF Anywhere Lot Deed), Knight Marshall (x1), Edelmann (x8), Ancester (x6), so 16 meaningful accounts and some additional Tax Free Deeds/Taxable Deeds. Including a City POT Only Taxable Deed that can be mercilessly thrown down, Royal Scepter'ed, and pulled back, to refresh the rent pool.

My main character is the ownership character for the towns is a Level 70 melee/magic fighter - the character name will be shifted to another account and you can choose a new name for the character - simplest method to transfer and ensure continuity on the account.

9 POTs - Brickport (Overworld in Verdentis) a City, and a 8 pack of Holdfasts geographically distributed nested with NPC towns (Soltown, Desolis, Port Graff, Kiln, Etceter, Jannaford, Westend, and Braemar)

Miscellaneous sundries and rewards, hat quests, telethons, etc. I'll make a list when I have to. (x10) Commission-Free Vendors

Placed Lots - locations in 30 NPC cities/towns (eg. NPC territory). The real NPC territory not those atrocity POT style PRTs that have no soul and more importantly no residents. Essentially, everywhere that's anywhere:
Owl's Head (R), Kingsport (WV), Braemar (V), Brittany (Central) (V), Brittany Fields (R), Brittany Alleys (R), Brittany Wharfs (R), Arodris (R+R), Resolute (T), Xenos (V), Etceter (R), Spite (R), Aeire (R), Desolis (V), Kiln (V), Jannaford (V), Yew (V), Estgard (R), Eastmarch (V), Bramble (V), Vertas (V), Mud (R), West End (R), Brookside (R), Celestis (R), Port Graff (R), Noreach (V), Harvest (R), Storms Reach (R), and Northwood (R). Some of these are on taxable lots - those are spread among-st accounts such that a Royal Scepter can pay that character's rent for a bit more than a month...I have 3 Royal Scepters of 5 needed to pay the rent on these spots.

My intention is to sell the ACCOUNTS holding these properties eliminating the risk of loss in game upon transfer.

Please, PM me with serious inquires only, do the math and if your not in the ballpark of what I've spent/what this is worth please let me wait and see if there is a "whole package buyer" before I cross the bridge of breaking things up and selling anything ala carte. In my opinion this package definitely has more value together.
