1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. Bumping is allowed once per week, if the new post contains information that is meaningful to the original thread (i.e. price updates).

    Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

WTS Xenos City, Town, and Row Lots

    I'm selling a few Xenos lots for PayPal $USD. NO TRADES or IGG/COTOs for these. Each lot can be sold independently (you bring the deed) or along with their attached deed.

    Xenos is a metropolis located on Elysium Isle near the Artifice dungeon and great silver mining zones. It has player quests for the Path of Love and plenty of NPC merchants, so it draws traffic.

    Suggested price ranges for the lots are:
    • Row: $100-200
    • Town: $250-450
    • City: $400-800

    Suggested price ranges for the deeds are:
    • TF PA Row Deed: $275-325
    • TF PA Town Deed: $825-950
    • Tax PA City Deed: $500-725
    • TF Founder City Deed: $1700-1950

    I'll accept best offers within or close to the price range, but will completely ignore lowballs. I will also include a home and basement for higher end offers.

    Note: Xenos map is still broken (has been for several months) and I have no idea when Portalarium will get around to fixing it. I'll give the general location here and you can look up by owner on the town crier to find the exact lot.

    Lot 1 (Row - TF PA Row Deed)
    Great trade spot in the cluster of rows near the central airship. Lot owner is "Yinki Starter".

    Lot 2 (Town - TF PA Town Deed)
    On the SW hill with a great view. Lot owner is "Yinki Starter".

    Lot 3 (Town - TF PA Town Deed)
    On the SW side of the main docks. Best town lot in Xenos. Lot owner is "Visaard's Dealer".

    Lot 4 (City - Tax PA City Deed. I also have scepters available for $300/each)
    On the west side of town, closest city lot to the docks. Lot owner is "Visaard's Buyer".

    Lot 5 (Water City - TF Founder City Deed)
    Best water city lot on the main docks. Lot owner is "Kevothe Le'Morte".
