Wynton's Folly has unicode name

Not sure if this is a bug, or acceptable, or not...but I noticed today that the area Wynton's Folly actually had a unicode character for the apostrophe last time I visited (4-20-2016).

Instead of a normal ASCII apostrophe character, it's actually a unicode character.
You can test this by taking the Chat Log output and pasting it into a python interpreter.

Details:
In [12]: repr("Wynton’s Folly")
Out[12]: "'Wynton\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Folly'"

In [13]: repr("Owl's Head")
Out[13]: '"Owl\'s Head"'

 

Oops, I just realized that area is not a PoT but an actual destination.
Probably not a bug then, sorry!
