You can't beat tamers? Monetize them!

I am certainly not for eliminating taming altogether, but as it is the most used class in the game, let's make some cash. Literally, everyone is on the drug now except a few crazies like me. Why not get riiiiiich?

Lock taming and bard trainers into episode 2.

Most of the current player base already has it, but as new players come in and really need to start feeling that power at the end of the ol' leash. They pay up... $19, please.

You shouldn't just hop in the game and be given the ferrari, mac truck, runaway train class: tamer. Make'em buy it.

Vanity pets.

Yep. COTO store skins that can redress the current tameable pets. Make your destroyer look like the hog from the Lion King! Akuna matata!

How about turning your red snarler into Cujo? Lassie? Mojito????

How to tame your dragon? Give us some of the more lizardy looking dragons.

Dye-able pets.

Give players a new use for dyes. You can have an aether wyvern! Put a cycling dye on your tiger LOL... give players some flare. If we're all gonna have pets one day, help us individualize them. Another COTO sink is just what the doctor ordered.

Absolute resurrection!

Lose your pet in a zone. 250 COTOs and you can have them back. Hell, make the player go to a Pet Cemetery, place their taming necklace in the graveyard and watch their pet rise from the grave. It's the same ol' pet, right? Maybe they have some spooky quirks or zombie like tendencies!

Pet Emotes.

Let's give these lil' freaks their own emotes. Teach them new dances. Allow us to make them roll over on their backs and give them belly rubs. Right?

Name a pet that doesn't deserve a belly rub even if they hate it? Imagine your dragon on it's back, getting a belly rub and belching fire into the air with glee.

Purr? Yes please... they should all purr.

We don't have any gorillas. The tamers really want to show their powers? Give them 2000 COTO King Kong themed pet that does Ground and Pound or Earthquake! Tamers don't give a crap about balance, just give them Kong already.

Seriously though... who doesn't want their own monkey?

Zombie pets? Yes. We all watched Meshone dual wield zombies in The Walking Dead.

How about a Rhino? Base it on the destroyer, but now, it's OP nature actually makes sense. You don't mess with a Rhino.

I think your right. Honestly I'm currently doing taming. Taming is ok but with Bard its fantastic.

 

I love the idea of being able to pay to resurrect a pet who has died. I lost my spider Bella once and I was broken-hearted. I erected a monument to her at my base. I would gladly have paid to resurrect her.

I hate the idea of locking taming into episode 2, though since I can already tame low level creatures, I wouldn't be affected. I expect Episode 2 would be too difficult for me. After over 3,000 hours in this game, I quit when everything became too difficult for me. I recently started playing again and I'm hangout out in tier 1 Kingsroad until I get back into the swing of things. That place is swarming with tiny spiders. A tamed pet, even a low level one, is a tremendous aid in keeping them off my back.

 

It is the pinnacle of the broken meta. I'm just focusing on one broken tree at a time. LOL... bard is so crazy

Maybe a touch extreme but I like it. I would like them to add a package to the coto store that would allow players to "achieve" new titles for their pets along with themselves, above and beyond what is currently available. Zealot the Elf slayer or some tamer who afk's in say ERG, could get the pet title, Owner is afk

I so would love a line of quests to get deathmage related titles for example.
