Details:
You don't get any NoTrade items (including the Health Potions, the Focus Potions, the Carpentry Repair Kits, the Tailoring Repair Kits, the Recall Scrolls and the Teleport to Friend Scrolls) when you enter Soltown the first time. You are getting Unknown Items to your Inventory instead.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start a New Game.
2) Choose 'Love' as your Starter path.
3) Enter Soltown from Battle of Solace Bridge.
