    I know it has been said that "We can't do it due to Unity." I think you should figure out a way. I believe in you.

    How fun is it to stand around the well filling buckets together while farming?

    Real fun!

    How fun is it that we can only figure out how to do it one Avatar at a time?

    Not as fun!

    How weird is it to walk around to the other side of the cotton bush or tree when harvesting?

    Yes! Nearest unoccupied adjacent side just makes mechanical sense. Same for harvesting trees and cotton. But your point about water wells is especially a good one, for group farming.
