You've Got Mail

Loving the ability to send and receive mail. However, I'd like to make two requests to streamline things a bit:

1. Give us a "take all mail" option instead of having to click on each individual mail.

2. Gives us a "take gold" option from vendor sales so that when we delete the mail from the mailbox, the receipt is removed with the mail. It's a nuisance to have to open my inventory and delete the receipts every time I make a sale.
