In the modification recipe Reshape Basement Entrance it uses a crafting category name also named Hatch Basement Entrance. Could the recipe Reshape Basement Entrance, that currently uses a named crafting category Hatch Basement Entrance be changed to the crafting category name Basement Entrance? This would then resolve a disambiguation of two items that are using the same exact name but are different items. I do not know if the process of changing a crafting category name on your end is some epic and hellish nightmare. If so, then no worries. Or if possible, just something you could do at a later time. i'm not sure what you're asking for here. there is no crafting category for basement entrances, only one item.
