[Known]can no longer place Eye of Naturaman as a deco item

    as of R46 Eye of Naturaman can no longer be placed as a deco item (stay's flagged as quest ), eye's placed in previous releases stay as deco.

    This is a known issue that should be fixed in the next patch or two (as per the post I believe in Items or Quests).
