[Resolved] No longer able to pickup Rusty Halberd in Elysium Mines.

    1. Title: No longer able to pickup Rusty Halberd in Elysium Mines
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100% so far
    3. Blocker? not really
    4. Details: Rusty Halberd used to be available for pickup until the latest patch. Even after reloading the scene.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Enter Elysium Mines. Building at the lower level in location -52.98, -9.75, 77.08 has a rusty halberd which is no longer available for pickup.
      Area: Elysium Mines (Novia_R11_Hills01_ElysiumMines) Loc: (-52.98, -9.75, 77.081) DBG: Tm92aWFfUjExX0hpbGxzMDFfRWx5c2l1bU1pbmVzfHwoLTUyLjk4LCAtOS43NSwgNzcuMDgxKXwoMCwgMC4zNTIsIDAsIDAuOTM2KXwxNDg0Ljg3MnwyNi44MjkyM3w2Ljk5ODA4OA==

    Hello,

    One more note. I've noticed this seems to be the case for several other locations. Some items that used to be retrievable are no longer available to be picked up.

    Another example, In Etceter, there are three coils of rope on the docks. Only one is available to be picked up. The other two are not. However hovering the mouse over them, you see the description "Coil of Rope". You just can't select them even with pressing the e button.

    Not sure if this was intended.

    This also seems to be the case with coils of rope and pickaxes in Etceter Crag Mines.

    This new behavior is part of a design change for item pickups (internally we call them world-items). Sometimes you'll be able to pick them up, and some times they will just be non-interactable decorations. The initial implementation was found to be a weighted too much toward non-interactables, which is now corrected in build #976.
