Title: Crafting "Stone Dungeon Room (Lich Boss)" Places "Dungeon Lich Encounter, Hard" in Inventory

Details: After placing the correct materials on the Smelting Table and hitting the Craft button, the Stone Dungeon Room (Lich Boss) recipes creates a Dungeon Lich Encounter, Hard (see the chatlogs below). I know that before we had to add 500 COTOs to the table to convert it from the one to the other; is this step now obsolete? If so, the name of the recipe and probably name of the blueprint needs to be updated. Probably related is the fact that I have two copies of the recipe in my recipe book now. Now sure which one is which.
