   1. Shroud of the Avatar item in bank shows up as quest item
   4. It used to be a (green) non-tradeable item, now it shows as (yellow) quest item. The item description says "Avatar Artifact / Cloak / Quest Item"

   it was always supposed to be a quest item. fixing that was in the release notes for R106.
