In general terms you are taking a very broad brush approach and making lots assumptions on how people exchange goods and whether they make money or not. At the same time you are very specific that you don't like gold sellers and they obviously don't pay any tax and will report them accordingly blah blah blah.

Truth is many people who sell items (including gold) do it as part of their hobby and (depending on tax laws of the country) may or may not have to pay tax on that. On the other hand if it's set up as a company (as i'm sure once they move past the hobby point they are) they will submit accounts and pay tax accordingly...........in many cases they probably won't be paying tax because they are highly likely to be a loss making company.

Anyway feel free to contact Interpol as you see fit in order to report people based upon assumptions with no evidence.

In the meantime please continue being you............you are highly amusing (despite this I am a little bored of you now.......your entertainment value diminishes over time).
