Crash: Playing a malformed music index file causes crash.

    Details: Playing a malformed music index file meant for the one man band instruments causes crash.
    Steps to Reproduce: Correct formatting for this file seems to be:

    <instrument name>=<path to song file>

    So for example:

    lute=coolsong-lute.abc
    drum=coolsong-drum.abc

    To reproduce, simply use an invalid instrument name:

    luter=coolsong-lute.abc or
    drumwoot=coolsong-drum.abc
    ​
