At a NPC carpenter vendor - the wood binding recipes are doubled, and the corresponding wood board recipes are missing.

e.g. 2 x Grey Pine Binding recipes, but no Grey Pine Board recipe

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Go to NPC carpenter vendor (e.g. in Xenos)
2) Observe that wood binding recipes are doubled, and the corresponding wood board recipes are missing

User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

By design, it surprised me as well!
Milling and Carpentry both can produce Wood Bindings. These recipes are for two different skill categories.

Would you like me to submit a separate bug for the missing wood board recipes?

For example - the grey pine board recipe is needed to make the new Grand Piano.
