Cannot create a crimson pine long bowstave

Hello, I tried submitting this through the report bug - but couldn't work out how to post a bug. Perhaps I'm getting too old. Anyway, here's what I have discovered.

There is no crimson pine long bowstave recipe at the NPC in Adoris. There is a short bowstave recipe but not a long bowstave.
Without this recipe I cannot create a crimson pine long bow. Please help.
Steps to Reproduce: Tried looking at other NPC recipe sellers and all have the same problem.

if it's not on any npc vendors, it's a rare drop. you'll have to find it in loot or buy it from another player.
