Details:Not sure what happened but my Elven Elite Mage Robe Colors are all gone and its skin color / tan looking now. I have re-logged, unequipped and reequipped.
Steps to Reproduce:Check out my character Xee.

Same for me.. cant even re-dye.

 

Confirming bug with additional information:

All other Elven Mage pieces show line items in the pop-up tooltip for both primary and secondary dye colors. Default is, of course, none. The chestpiece has neither of these line items and appears to be picking it's coloring from the Avatar's skin color.

 

Great details. Thank you. It seems to only be the robes that were dyed before this release (as you cannot dye them now).
Checking on dev, we have added the primary and secondary dye options back to the item as I see from the UI. And I can dye both slots with pure black.

Once you see the tool tip info for dye information again in game, you'll know this fix went in. Can you all check your robes then and make sure it is the proper color?
Since I did not dye this item before R51 I won't be able to tell whether the mis-coloring issue has been fixed. Thanks guys. I'm sorry about that.

Also if they are no long to be dye-able may want to change that on the store page as it shows they still are. I almost bought another because of how terrible it looks currently.

Ya. Its not yet fix for me. The 2 lines about dye arent there yet on tool tip

 

Still unresolved as of build 742, nor does this issue appear within the "known issues" list (yet).

 

GM and I have figured out where the issue is, they are working on a fix as we speak. It only appears to affect Male Models cheers.

 

I'm guessing it might just be you - mine are still exactly the way I left them

It's only male avatars. Fix has not yet gone live. You'll want to check the patch notes and when you see it is mentioned, you'll know we got the fix in
