"Blood" border does not show up during combat when HP is low (521)

4. Details: As HP goes down during combat, the low-HP visual indicator of the red border does not appear. It flashed ever so briefly the second time I tried right before the sound started, but did not stick around. The heartbeat sound still plays as before, though.
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Enter combat, get hit to lower HP, die, rez, repeat!
