Halls of Artifice, Cannot proceed past Notus (after maze)

Details:
I Finished the quest up to the point of obtaining the bonesteel crown, procceeded into the Lycaeum to "Find a Fawn in the Lycaeum" portion of the quest, and had to log out of the game once i made it past the doors.

Now if I try to go back down, to speak to the fawn in the lycaeum, the doors behind Notus are locked, no matter what i say to him. I have been stuck on this quest for a month or two. I need help.
Steps to Reproduce: Obtain the bonesteel crown from the corpse, get into the lycaeum, log out for an extended period of time (instance reset). Load into artifice, travel down past the maze, doors are locked. unable to speak to the fawn in the lycaeum.

@Lexie Any idea if this is resolved in R51?

 

Months later, and still I have not even felt a glance in the direction of fixing this? at least put me on the other side of the doors, or give me the next quest step so that I may continue on the Main Quest line maybe? *sigh*
