[Info needed] Arrow sound at end of stealth

    Reproduction Rate: Always regardless of world map, dungeon scene, or town scene.
    Blocker: no

    Details: since the last update (46 I think) stealth produces the arrow sound at the end of it's casting.

    Steps to Reproduce: Activate Card

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz (8) System RAM: 16314
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8119
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.672.Date.10.04.17
