1. Truth quest

    4. I have acquired the cease warrant to be given to Phineas Drumplemouth. I started a conversation with the Phineas, dragged the warrant to the "give" window. However I was not able to click give item. I was able to cancel, when I tried again the warrant was no longer in my inventory and the quest had not updated. On subsequent tries to give the warrant and clicking on the "keyword" warrant in the converstion window, Phineas performs some sort of scripted gestures and the NPC's mouth moves but no other action or updates occur.
    5. Can not reset quest to try to see if this issue can be reproduced
