Arcane Catalysts? once a day again?

Ok I know a while back these were able to be turned in as amny times as you had, then it was set to once a day, then the last release I oculd turn in more , Now since I am forced to recycle engineer I am now getting ALOT of them yet cannot turn them in ?

Sorry but do not understand why? it was allowed for a while and if I really wanted to grind exp I could go to a UT and attenuate easy enough?

I don't recall ever being able to hand in more than once per day. I've been doing sieges since about last October-ish.

Sieges are my turbo oracle

 

It was from the producer exp gained from it, not the adventure exp.
